What Overscore is

Big companies have a data team and a budget for AI. Someone who knows where every number comes from, builds the Monday report, notices when something moves, and asks the right person why. Everyone else has a spreadsheet, a person who dreads the first of the month, and a growing sense that AI is passing them by.

Overscore is that data team and that foundation, as one system. It starts by learning your business from a short conversation, the way a good consultant would on day one. Then it connects your store, your books, your database, whatever you run on, and keeps a copy of all of it in one place that is yours. From there it does the four things a data team does: it defines the numbers with you, it builds the dashboards, it sends the update without being asked, and when a number moves it asks the person who would know.

Underneath is a real warehouse. Your own database, your own storage, every version of every record kept. Your BI tool can read it. Your AI agents can read it through one address. Nothing about it is a toy, and nothing about it needs a data engineer to run.

Why we built it

I spent years as the data consultant businesses call when the numbers stop agreeing. The job was always the same. Learn the business. Find where the data lives. Stitch together a warehouse, a sync tool, a modelling tool and a dashboard tool. Write down what "net revenue" means so the owner and the sales manager stop arguing about it. Then hand it over and watch it slowly rot, because nobody was left to keep it honest.

The stitched stack was built for companies with a team to run it. The businesses I worked with needed the advantage, not the stack, and now they need it for AI too. So I built the thing I kept rebuilding: a warehouse that knows the business before it sees the data, and keeps knowing it after I leave.

How we work

• It asks before it assumes. One question at a time, about how the business actually works and which numbers you don't trust. It never asks what it already knows.
• Every number shows its work. The table it came from, the definition it used, and who confirmed that definition and when.
• Your data stays yours. Your own database, in the United States, inside AWS. The model makers never see it. The security page says exactly what is true today, including what we haven't done yet.
