Book a call with the founderUpgrading moves your data to a machine of its own in about half a minute. Nothing is copied and nothing changes; your data was always in your own database. A bigger machine is available as an add-on when you need one.
You set the maximum. We never bill past it.
Rows are counted once
Every row a sync brings in counts. A sync only brings what changed, so a record that never changes counts once, ever. Roughly: new orders, invoices and payments in a month, times two or three.
AI at cost, no markup
Past what's included you pay what the model costs us, to the token. Model prices keep falling; when they do, your bill falls the same day.
One number you control
Set a maximum for the month's use past the plan. At half and at 80% you get a note saying what's driving it. At the max, syncs pause, nothing is deleted, and one button raises it.

What does free actually include?
Everything the product does, on a machine shared with other free accounts. The limits are 100,000 rows synced a month and 2 GB of storage. Your first pull of history doesn't count, so you can connect a store with years of orders.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Syncs pause and the app tells you why. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade and they pick up where they left off.
How do I estimate my bill?
Count the new orders, invoices, payments and the like your business creates in a month, and multiply by two or three. A shop doing 5,000 orders a month is well inside the $99 plan.
Does adding people or agents cost more?
No. Paid covers everyone on your team and every agent you connect. The bill grows with rows and storage, not with seats.
Who pays for the AI?
It's included up to $5 a month on Free and $10 on Paid. Past that you pay exactly what the models cost us, on the same invoice, with no markup and a maximum you set.
Can my BI tool read the warehouse?
On Paid, yes. It opens a Postgres door that Metabase, Power BI, Tableau and the rest connect to as if it were any database.
Where does my data live?
In your own database and your own storage, in the United States, inside AWS. Every version of every record is kept. The security page says exactly what is true today.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, any time. Your data stays readable for a week, and you can download everything before it goes.
