Limits and plans
What each plan includes, what a wall is, and what happens when you hit one.

Free is a wall, not a bill
Free has ceilings on rows synced, storage, and a fair daily share of the shared machine's time. When you hit one, syncs pause and a banner says exactly what and why. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade and they pick up where they left off, or wait until tomorrow for the daily ones.
Paid grows with you
Paid includes an amount of rows and storage each month. Past that, use is added to the same bill at the published rates. You set one maximum for the month's use past the plan. At half and at 80% you get a card and a banner naming what's driving it. At the maximum, syncs and AI pause, nothing is deleted, and one button raises it. You are never billed past the maximum.
What counts as a row
Every row a sync brings in. A sync only brings what changed, so a record that never changes counts once, ever. The first pull of a source's history never counts. A rough estimate: the new orders, invoices and payments your business creates in a month, times two or three.
AI
Each plan includes some. Past that you pay exactly what the model costs, on the same invoice, under the same maximum. No markup.
