Dashboards
Built by you or your agent, in your company's colours, on a phone. Every number carries its definition.
A dashboard reads a few named datasets (saved queries) and declares its numbers. A number is either a defined metric by name, or a formula over a dataset. The server computes every number and hands it back with a receipt: which definition, which version, whose words, which periods are too young to trust. The page draws; it never calculates.
Building one
Describe it. "A sales dashboard by product and region, refreshed each morning, with net revenue and returns shown separately." Your agent, or you, builds the page from the datasets. Every save is a version; publishing picks the version viewers see, and you can go back.
Where it runs
Each dashboard page runs in a cage: a sandboxed frame with no network of its own. Data reaches it only through the app, as the signed-in person, so a page can never send SQL or leak what it shows. The company theme (colours, fonts) is set once and every dashboard inherits it.
