Troubleshooting
The handful of things that go wrong, and what to do.
A sync stopped or a card says something broke
Open the card. It names the source and the reason, and where it can, offers the fix as a button. The usual causes: a token was revoked or expired at the source (make a new one and paste it), the source changed a field's shape (approve the change), or you hit a plan wall (see limits).
An answer looks wrong
Open the receipt under the answer. It names the definition and version it used and the table it read. If the definition is wrong, say so in the box and the correction is kept. If the table is stale, check the source's last sync on the Sources screen.
A key stopped working
Keys can expire, be revoked, or be scoped to a dataset that was renamed. The Agents screen shows every key, its level and its expiry. Make a new one; nothing else changes.
It asks something it should already know
It never asks what it has confirmed. It will re-ask what it only heard and never got a yes on. Approve the card and it stops.
Everything paused
You hit the plan's wall or your own maximum. The banner says which. Raise the maximum or upgrade, and the schedules resume on their own; the next sync catches up on everything that happened while paused.
